Course Information

This class, as part of our Really Useful Course, is for everyone who enjoys cooking or those who are interested in learning basic cooking skills.

Whether you consider yourself a competent cook who would just like to touch up on a few forgotten skills, or you are a novice chef at best, come along and we promise you that you will learn something new in our Basics Cooking Classes!

Course Description

We offer hands-on cooking, menu cards, fun demonstration, All facilities, equipment and ingredients included.

You will learn, through this class, all of the basic skills including knife skills, how to make great vegetarian meals, cooking with fish and meat.

For dinner – if you would like to join the evening you can pay an additional £45 and with this you are invited to ask a couple of mates/family members along to show off your new found skills!

9am – 5pm (lunch included)

Thursday’s plus evening class 9-9pm (lunch and supper included plus invite a friend or 2 for dinner)
