Turmeric, coriander and fennel roast chicken - an arabesque twist on a British classic.

Persian slow roasted lamb - I love lamb and we will be slow roasting it with cinnamon, cumin, almonds and apricots - It's in the oven for 10 hours so when I say slow I mean slow!!

Caramalised onion and aubergine - saffron, ginger, garlic and cinnamon roasted together to produce this dark, sticky magical dish.

Persian rice with roasted root vegetables.

We always have two puddings, there's always meringue kisses of varied flavours sandwiched together with whipped cream.

Iranian rice pudding with cardamom, rosewater and pistachios - the first time I was served this was at a Sudanese supper club event and I thought "what joy - COLD rice pudding!!!" but it was amazing (not sure it's going to be as good but I will give it a whirl).

Tea, coffee and Turkish delight.
