This is a cracker of a salad and one of my very favourite!

Fresh, crunchy, satisfying with a deliciously sweet/sour/zingy/crazy dressing that will quickly become your new obsession. It ticks all the boxes, low carb, vegan, gluten free but unfortunately it does contain nuts. (Just to let you know there's no eggs in this one). Choose from Chicken, Salmon or just vegetables and I'll pop in some chili jam and some peanut dip in with it.

Pay online via wefifo so no money changes hands and you don't have to touch a card terminal. I am doing it at cost price, putting as many precautions in place as is possible. Please don't come out if you have any Covid19 symptoms, if you have to self isolate and need the food to be dropped off let me know when you book and I will do my best to get it to you.

I'll be watching out for you so when you get here park in front of the house or on the drive, stay in your car and I will come out and put the pre packed salads on the back seat or in the boot.

If in the near future you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or are just fed up of cooking your own tea get in touch and I can rustle up something delicious to either drop ready to eat or leave you with something that you can put in the oven.
