'Moi Moi' Black Eyed Bean Pudding with Sweetcorn My childhood favourite and a favourite at our supper club. Traditionally steamed in native West African leaves. Incredibly rich and delicious meat alternative.
Kale Stew with Mixed Peppers,Shallots & Cherry Tomatoes
A vibrant stew with exquisite spring greens, sweet and spicy peppers.
*Almond Rice Pudding with Grilled Peaches, Raspberry & Date Syrup Please advise on dietary requirements and allergies. Note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen and will be clearly stated if used in menu.

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lovley there were a few challenges with guests logging on which meant we were delayed by 20 mins not the lovely lists fault .good instructions v friendly lovley vibe . I personally didn’t like the flavour and consistency of the dish but it was a fun experience and I so appreciate she did the class for free xx

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
