This Thai Cooking Class will teach you 2 of your favourite mouth watering Thai dishes. Thai food is full of a variety of colours and flavours and is known to tantaslise your 5 basic taste senses – sweet, sour, salty, spicy and bitter.

Having arrived and had a look over your recipe booklet, while sipping on a glass of wine, you will sit down for a demonstration on what you will be cooking during the evenings class. Once you have absorbed plenty of tips and tricks of Thai food you will be making, you will head to your stations and recreate them yourself – with the help of the chefs. Finally, following the Asian smells to the dining table, you will get to sit down with the rest of the class and eat the fruits of your labour.

During this course you will improve and expand your skills and knowledge of Thai food cultures and their flavours.
