Come along to my late spring seasonal supper club where you will enjoy a delicious four course meal cooked and shared in my dining room at home.
Smoky sweetcorn soup with crumbled feta, chilli & coriander salsa served with home-made breads
Spring salad of asparagus, rocket, broad beans, radishes & ricotta with a buttermilk herb dressing
Braised Moroccan style lamb with chickpeas & preserved lemon, jewelled cous cous, spice roasted butternut squash, mixed greens salad with an orange vinaigrette
Rhubarb, strawberry & almond streusel torte with elderflower syrup & home-made lemon meringue ice cream
Coffee/Peppermint tea with home-made Amaretto chocolate salami

What a fantastic evening with Laura - it was my first time attending one of her Supper Club evenings and it did not disappoint! Laura and her husband are wonderful hosts and the food was absolutely spectacular. All in all a fun evening, with a lovely group of people - I look forward to being able to attend another evening soon and would very definitely recommend to friends!

great way to learn about making sour dough. Lunch was great and the focaccia bread be came the star of the breads made. Really enjoyed the event

Our host was very welcoming and informative. The food was well presented and excellent flavours. This was the first time that we had attended this type of event together with many of our friends. We all found it a very pleasant experience and would certainly recommend to others. Looking forward to the next one!
