Join Chef Karl Tyler, head chef and co-owner at the Dapper Spaniel for a seasonal British Spring Menu at Waitrose Lincoln!

As with all Waitrose Supper Clubs, you’ll be seated with fellow diners on sharing tables. Ticket price includes a welcome drink.

Doors open at 6pm, first course served at 6:30pm.
The Supper Club will finish at 9pm.

This is a set Supper Club menu.

Appetiser: Hot Smoked Wild Salmon, Oyster emulsion, Cucumber, Samphire

Starter: Grilled English Asparagus, Brioche Crusted Duck Egg, Truffle Oil, Watercress

Main: Sous vide Rack of Lamb, Pressed Lamb Neck, Wild Garlic, Jersey Royals, Carrots, Peas & Mint

Dessert: ‘Rhubarb & Custard’- Custard Panna Cotta, Rhubarb 4 Ways, Mint
