Hi, I'm Paddy. I'm 27 and a sous chef at Hawksmoor, Guildhall. I started my career in catering when I was 22 but in 5 years have been lucky enough to work in some amazing restaurants and alongside some of the most exciting chefs in the world at events such as Meatopia and Action Against Hunger charity dinners. I'm passionate about classic British food and putting my own spin on things.
