Bio
I grew up in Delhi often referred to as the food capital of India because its food has been shaped by numerous colonisations, invasions and local gastronomic traditions. I am a passionate cook and have hosted a supper club in my house in Hove for the past decade. I have done popups around the city of Brighton and Hove as well as London. I also have an academic interest in food history and I like to showcase this through my cooking.
