Bio
I was born into a farming family in Nakon, Thailand, and home cooking was as important as breathing! My mother wanted me to be an accountant and sent me off to university in Bangkok. And then I moved to Singapore to learn English and I started working in a Thai restaurant in between studies where I met my husband. When his work took him back to England last year me and our two boys and our West Highland terrier, Jack Jock, moved to Truro in Cornwall. At last I had the chance to be the chef I had always wanted to be and Punk Thai (www.punkthai.co.uk) was born.
