Bio
I was born, and grew up on, a dairy farm in Lancashire and have foraged wild food most of my life, particularly wild fungi. Soon to be retired, I have worked in the food ingredients industry for the last 22 years. Cooking is my relaxation but also love eating good, sutainably, and ethically, sourced food with a group of like-minded people.
