Geeta was lovely, hospitable, knowledgeable and a great cook. The other guests were great fun too, which was a bonus. This was our first time at a WeFiFo event and we are hugely motivated to go to another one!

Really enjoyed the evening. Lovely atmosphere and great food. Would suggest putting an 'end' time on the invitation so that people know when to expect to leave; I do not think we were given a time. Maybe worth the host confirming whether clients like mild, medium or hot food prior to attending. Thank you.

Excellent experience. I learnt so much. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was provided. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning about Indian cousine. It would also make a great gift idea for birthdays, for example.

Really lovely food. Gorgeous flavours and great presentation. Geeta is a lovely hostess, very friendly and made us feel very welcome in her home. Her husband Baz was also very friendly and welcoming and great waiter. All in all, a very enjoyable evening with great food and lovely company - thanks Geeta, Baz and guests!

Would going to eat in a strangers house be weird? Not here! Geeta is a fantastic host. Informal and straight to the point: real Indian food served at a comfortable table with clear, brief explanations of the origins of the food and its ingredients. I thought I knew about Indian food, but Geeta's food had complexity, textures and sophistication that took it to a new level for me. Seeing our chapattis shaped and cooked freshly was an entertainment in itself. An easy, tasty and friendly evening.

Amazing. Geeta told us the background and influence of her cooking and took time to interact with us. The food was great. Far better than any similar food that I've had in a restaurant.

Geeta served a wonderful street food feast! Not only was the food exceptional but she told us about her inspiration and influences and talked us through each dish bringing the flavours and spices alive. A wonderful meal in a lovely home. Highlight was an impromptu chapati masterclass!

She's incredibly knowledgeable about Indian cuisine and you can tell she truly is passionate about feeding people wholesome, delicious food. I'd go for dinner every week if I could! Book a seat at her table and you will have a wonderful evening & full belly while meeting new people!

It was our first time at Geeta's and we were made to feel like it was our second home, she and her husband made us feel welcome, relaxed and it felt like going to a friends house for dinner. The starter of spiced chicken tikka with mint raita was to die for. When the portion arrived I thought it was a generous helping and that I might struggle to finish it all but she dish was so delicious had I been at home I would have licked the plate clean, I have honestly not tasted anything as scrummy in years. The main course which consisted of not one but three different curries with rice was again exquisite the Kadai chicken was a triumph with each mouthful came different layers of spice. If you love Indian food give up on the normal high street restaurants or takeaways and get yourself over to Geeta's I promise you won't be disappointed.
The plates have been cleared, the oven switched off, the washing up has been put away… so how did it go?
