What a great way to spend a couple of hours, Bush was a fantastic teacher, very patient and knowledgeable about the ingredients and the processes, making the whole experience first class. If you get a chance to take part in one of his demonstrations then please dont hesitate to sign up, i promise you will not regret it. The end results were spectacular and the finished dishes were truly authentic and beyond delicious. To sum up, if you want to try some authentic, traditional Indian cuisine created and executed by an exceptional chef, then this is place to do that. Could not speak more highly of Bush and his food....exceptional 5*

This is the 4th event with Bush .... ever time food has amazing flavours. Prep notes for recipes really help but there are always some surprise ingredients to keep you on your toes. I choose not to do a couple of dishes which worked fine, nice to sit and watch. Another great meal.
