Event Information

Come and join us for a fire party at our Sussex Farm. There will be four stations: a pizza oven manned by The Hearth Pizzeria from Lewes, an outdoor fire pit with a whole lamb on an Argentinian Asado cross, a charcoal rotisserie with BBQ chicken done four ways and a BBQ hut for S'mores and dipping chocolate. Guest chefs Mike Keen and Michael Hanson will be manning the flames. Money from the event will be going to the fantastic local charity Bread for Life.

Rotisserie chicken done four ways: honey and mustard, Chinese five spiced, yogurt and smoked paprika, chilli lemon and garlic

Asado cross grilled whole lamb with salad and flat breads.

S'mores, marshmallows and melted chocolate dipping sauce.
