Come and join us for a fantastic evening feasting on homegrown produce from my smallholding in Lincolnshire. Each course will be served with a paired wine courtesy of Sophia from Skin + Pulp.
Ranby Hill Farm is a 5 acre smallholding in Lincolnshire. We keep rare breed sheep and pigs for meat and chickens for eggs as well as having an extensive kitchen garden.
My food is unpretentious and simply served to make the most of the fabulous produce we grow. Paired wines will be served with each course but if you'd like to drink a little more please feel free to bring your own. The menu below is subject to change to make the most of what's in season.
Middle white pork rillettes, apple jelly, sourdough
V- Fresh herb cheese, sticky beetroot, sourdough
Roasted Sucrette squash soup, toasted spiced pumpkin seeds
Bay roasted shoulder of hogget, butter roasted leeks, pink fir apple potatoes, green sauce
V- Celeriac steak, sunflower seed pesto, parsnip crisps
Marrow & ginger steamed pudding, custard

I had a brilliant night at Luke's cassoulet evening. Luke is a great chef and an excellent host – he is friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and great value for money (we were given a generous amount of champagne included in the ticket cost). Luke even gave me some plastic containers to take home leftovers! I will definitely be back at his next night in London.
