Event Information

I have decided that I cannot go the whole winter without running a chef shed event - they have been so popular over the summer - but its mid winter so.... we have decamped to a barn! With heating! And indoor loos! In the heart of the Blackdown Hills

The menu to TBC but at the moment I'm thinking something like....

Nibbles - Pheasant wontons, dipping sauce - Carrot hummus, flat bread - Seared cured beef fat, parlay onions and capers

First course - Tuscan chestnut soup, smoked bacon, sour dough bread, olive oil

Second course - Smoked pheasant and kale salad

Third course - Slow roast local beef, seared beef heart, roasting juices, polenta, brussels and parsley

Last course - Mincemeat dumplings, brown sugar ice cream, allspice, salt apple caramel

Hi Tim, A couple of our party aren’t too keen on fish! If you are planning on fish would it be possible to have an alternative ? Don’t worry if not, I’ll eat theirs!! Cheers Charles
