The Chef shed grand tour comes to WeFiFo
We have come to expect exceptional food from Tim and last night no exception I shall request the crab soup as my favourite ever. However the joy of Wififo is the experience of eating in someone’s home and meeting new people

Private big birthday shenanigans!
Superb cooking, delivered with charm and very unobtrusively! Tim is a great chef and made himself totally at home with the bread oven. He entertained us with stories about the food and his cooking. He even did the washing up as he went along! Will definitely be doing this again.

Chef shed seasonal dining
Tim was chatty and a great host, knowing when to leave his guests and knowing when to engage. The food was inventive and tasty, we loved the nibbles served on platters while we enjoyed the sun and champagne! We would recommend this evening, but beware if you visit this venue in the colder months, it is very open and you will need plenty of blankets!

Where the wild things were...
It might have been a damp (ok very wet) evening, but Tim Maddams Game Supper was an absolute triumph. The evening started with imaginative and delicious cocktails. A good start! So, the food... Pigeon with chargrilled asparagus, wild rabbit with gnocchi, Roe deer fillet - and to finish a superb meal a devine pudding of rhubarb, gin jelly and geranium ice-cream. Tim as well as being a fine chef, was very much part of evening as he entertained and informed us between each course. A bonus to all the lovely food was the great setting for the event, and also all the other delightful food lovers who attended the evening.

Fun foraged family Spring Lunch with Tim Maddams
Tim made our lunchtime fun with oodles of humour thrown in as we foraged on our stroll around the grounds. We settled down to a lovely lunch in the barn which is a great setting. There was a constant buzz of chatting and laughter throughout. Great host. Great food. Great setting. Would I come again ? MOST DEFINATELY !!

Fun foraged family Spring Lunch with Tim Maddams
We had a lovely time in the spring sunshine, foraging for wild garlic and sorrel, before sitting down to eat a delicious lunch. My favourite courses were the carrot croquette and the lamb - which was particularly tasty!

Tim was charming, knowledgable, funny and above all else a skilled and inventive cook. Would recommend his food and company unreservedly.
The plates have been cleared, the oven switched off, the washing up has been put away… so how did it go?
