The Philippines is known to have the longest Christmas season in the world. Filipinos love feasts, more so over this holiday season. In this supper club, we will serve the food all at the same time, just like how we do it on Christmas eve.

What an amazing experience, we had never eaten Kamayan style before, the food was laden out in front of us on banana leaves all fresh, tasty, colourful and utterly delishicous. The welcome drink was a lovely touch and it was a real treat being able to eat outside. All the hosts made us feel very welcome, at home and spent time explaining all the dishes, their origin, method of cooking, ingredients and family stories about shared meals, all in all a truly wonderful night.
