Come and join us for a fantastic evening feasting on vegan delights to celebrate Veganuary 2019. This is a perfect opportunity to sample the breadth of vegan food and kick off January in flesh free style! As many ingredients as possible will be sourced from my smallholding is Lincolnshire.
My food is unpretentious and simply served to make the most of fabulous produce. We'll be serving a welcome drink but please bring your own alcohol if you'd like to drink more. The menu below is subject to change to make the most of what's in season.
Homemade sourdough, extra virgin olive oil
Smoked garlic hummus, sticky beetroot, dukkah
Roasted carrot tacos, crisp kale, herb salsa
Spiced cauliflower, vegan mole, roasted seeds
Vegan chocolate brownie, salted caramel, cashew cream

I had a brilliant night at Luke's cassoulet evening. Luke is a great chef and an excellent host – he is friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and great value for money (we were given a generous amount of champagne included in the ticket cost). Luke even gave me some plastic containers to take home leftovers! I will definitely be back at his next night in London.
