I actually lived in China for 15 years where I studied so many ways to make food. I also studied at Leiths culinary school in London . I'm in love with food and the act of eating with people. I've never made it my main job but have worked in restaurants as well as running supper clubs in Shanghai. Now I just want to share what I know and get happiness from other peoples happiness.....I hope.
