Barry Bryson was an excellent host; pleasant, amenable, very helpful and with a warm personality. I marked down the food for 2 reasons- 1) Quantity was on the meagre side 2) The biscuit part of the desert was too hard and the berries could have looked a bit more appetising. Overall, the food was an imaginative presentation of traditional food.

An excellent host who made a delicious meal as he catered for a vegetarian too ! He went above and beyond when he recited the Burns’ poem Well done Barry from an Ayrshire ‘girl’ !!
